Gather Requirements

We want to gather your requirements. To do this we work with your senior project management sponsors to capture your organization’s project management vision, both short and long term with the Portfolio Assessment.

Prioritize Requirements

We prioritize your requirements to determine which ones to include in the first iteration and what requirements can go in the backlog, or what we like to call our Evolve Plan. In this Evolve Plan, we will specify any risks or issues which may affect this iteration and make any adjustments as necessary.

Select Templates

We will select which templates are right for you based on the iteration’s Evolve Plan and choose a configuration level for each template and which configuration environment is appropriate for this present time.

We will start to configure templates and build our your preliminary project site hierarchy. If you would like to contribute actively to template configuration alongside your BrightWork consultant, then you would complete the BrightWork configuration training as well.

Review Templates

Key stakeholders will review and verify the latest template design before continuing to ensure the amount of project management process to be implemented is feasible for the customer’s environment. We will also prioritize feedback with the key stakeholders to  determine items to be adjusted immediately, and those that will be added to the Backlog.

Adjust Templates

After verification, we will adjust the templates as needed. This might take a few cycles of this process to get it right.

Prior to going live, we develop a roll out plan including training materials for each of the key roles (Project Manager, Team Member, Senior Manager) and deliver this training in a way that suits your team.

Go Live

Now you are able to go live and start using BrightWork! It is a good idea to conduct feedback sessions with the team after some initial usage to determine items to be adjusted immediately or what should go on the backlog.

Deployment Support

The BrightWork Customer Success and Support Teams are available to support your deployment, work with you on training as needed and to help you successfully carry out your Evolve Plan.

BrightWork Review

After one year of using your BrightWork solution, we’ll schedule our BrightWork Review to ensure we’re following our Evolve Plan and plan for any coming changes to your solution.
