What is the BrightWork Deployment JumpStart?
The BrightWork Deployment JumpStart is ideal for organizations who want to extend their existing SharePoint environment for project and portfolio management.
Your dedicated Customer Success Partner will leverage our 3D Deployment approach to Design, Deliver, and Deploy a solution tailored to the needs of your organization and teams.
Our 3D Deployment Process (Design, Deliver, Deploy) is a clear, transparent, and practical change management process focused on your needs.
We work with you every step of the way to help you identify and implement your requirements on BrightWork.
During this process, we’ll collaborate with the project management champion from your group as our main contact. We’ll also work with additional senior managers, project managers, and team members as needed.
Step 1: Design
Your Customer Success Partner (CSP) starts by gathering your requirements for project management, both short–and long-term, using the Portfolio Assessment.
From there, we prioritize your requirements to determine which ones to include in the JumpStart and what can go in the backlog, or what we call the Evolve Plan.
Lastly, we design two project templates to manage two different project types and a Project Office template for portfolio and program level visibility.
Step 2: Deliver
You will work with your Customer Success Partner to configure your templates and build your preliminary project site hierarchy.
Next, your key stakeholders will review and verify the latest template design to ensure the amount of project management process to be implemented is feasible for the organization.
Lastly, we will use feedback that can be implemented immediately to adjust the template.
Step 3: Deploy
You will have the opportunity to be trained and certified in BrightWork and SharePoint using our BrightWork Product Training and Certification course.
The course is delivered by your Customer Success Partner to ensure efficient handover of your environment and user adoption.
Once you go live with your environment, your Customer Success Partner will conduct feedback sessions to determine items to be adjusted immediately or areas of training to cover.
