BrightWork Evolve Service leverages the Microsoft SharePoint platform to help your Project Portfolio Management evolve by gradually adding and maturing your project management workflows, processes, and practices, leading to more timely, predictable, and successful project outcomes.

Challenges (Why)

You have successfully concluded the BrightWork Start Service with us, and while your initial project management processes are now in place with BrightWork, you see the need to evolve and mature these processes and practices.

You wish to implement the backlog in the ‘Evolve Plan’ devised during the Start Service, and ultimately deliver on the next phase of your Project Management Success Strategy.

You do not necessarily have the expertise and/or resources, or the bandwidth to continuously improve your project management processes and train your teams in project management best practices most relevant to your organization and industry.

Deliverables (What)

As you opt for the Evolve service, your BrightWork Customer Success Partner will continue to work with your group from where the BrightWork Start Service concluded. Your Customer Success Partner will help you implement the ‘Evolve Plan’ developed during your initial deployment (Start Service), guided by your Project Management Success Strategy.

In summary, they will collaborate with you to improve and mature the Project Portfolio Management Processes in your organization.

Methodology (How)

Your Customer Success Partner will bring their extensive experience in Project Management and business process modification to review and implement your Project Management Success Strategy.

Bi-weekly Check-ins

You meet with your Customer Success Partner on a schedule to get your questions answered, and learn more on the job training and coaching. 

Product Training

We will help onboard new team members and provide advanced training of the BrightWork software for Project Portfolio Management.

BrightWork Solution Upgrade

We ensure your team continues to understand and leverage new features in every new release of BrightWork to evolve your group’s Project Portfolio Management.

More Reporting Enhancements With Power BI 

We will customize and develop Power BI solutions to integrate with your enterprise data and reporting needs as they relate to Project Portfolio Management.

SharePoint Platform Upgrade

We will take care of your SharePoint environment upgrade and allow you to focus on your core Project Portfolio Management processes for your business.

Project Management Process  Coaching and Mentoring

The BrightWork Project Management Coaching Service trains professionals/teams with the skills, tools, and techniques needed for successful project management. This service is based on the four-step GROW (Goal, Reality, Options, Will) model.

Personal and Collaborative  Leadership Training

Develop the leadership skills and insights needed for project and team management. This course is based on the Collaborative Project Management Handbook written by BrightWork CEO Éamonn McGuinness.

BrightWork Customer Success Team

Audience (Who)

Your BrightWork Customer Success Partner will work with a Project Management Champion from your group as the main point of contact.

They will collaborate during these Evolve sessions, with the option to include other project team members and additional stakeholders as necessary.

Effort and Duration (When)

Your BrightWork Customer Success Partner(s) will work with you to deliver the Evolve service, with an agreed schedule depending on the availability of your team, and typically will commit between 8 to 24 hours per month (or more, if needed).

Follow Up (What’s next)

Future requirement backlog ideas will be added to your custom Evolve Plan and Project Management Success Strategy document for use in subsequent iterations. For a deeper engagement you may wish to evaluate our Augment Service.
