The Project Management Coaching Service is based on the four-step GROW Model:
- Goal. We help you define an overall objective for the coaching sessions.
- Reality. We remain focused on your goal through active listening to determine your specific needs.
- Options. We seek to broaden your perspective and discover new options and prompt deeper thinking.
- (Will) Way Forward. We review your specific action plan and ensure you are encouraged to follow through with the next steps.
