Power Platform Developer

A Unique Opportunity

BrightWork is currently seeking to hire a Power Platform Developer who will join the BrightWork 365 team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will have experience in the Microsoft 365 Power Platform and can learn to provide end-to-end solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and other required automated applications within Microsoft 365.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Work with BrightWork 365 Customer Success team to build custom solutions on top of the BrightWork 365 solution for our customers.
  • Work as a key member of the Customer Success team, supporting the planning, design, and implementation of innovate solutions to provide new process improvements.
  • Work with the BrightWork 365 Support team to resolve customer support tickets and issues.
  • Work with the BrightWork Sales team to manage customer free trials.

 

Candidate Profile

Some of all of the following:

  • 1-3 years’ experience delivering solutions in Power Platform and / or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Power Automate experience desirable.
  • Power BI and SharePoint experience desirable.
  • Experience building both Model Driven Apps is essential and Canvas Apps is advantageous but not require.
  • Excellent communication and team working skills.
  • Comfortable to engage with, and work directly with customers where required.
  • Knowledge of software delivery lifecycle stages and methodologies (traditional and modern).
  • Understanding of primary and emerging low/no code platforms and ability to deliver fit-gap analysis.
  • Have experience with rapid prototyping, Innovation, Scrum and Agile delivery.
  • Knowledge of process design, systems thinking, customer and user journeys, user interface and user experience design (UI/UX).
  • Knowledge of relevant Microsoft and related technology stack advantageous, but not mandatory (.NET, SQL, JavaScript etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
