These capabilities include distributed and collaborative project management, implementation of best-in-class project management processes, and consistent measurement and tracking of project and portfolio performance. Many of their tools were developed in collaborative partnership with their BrightWork Customer Solution Architect (CSA), with whom they have been able to take full advantage of the BrightWork solution.   The business model of “Preaching what we Practice” with BrightWork PPM is well on its way towards establishing Cherrill Consulting credibility and value with prospective clients.

We selected BrightWork as our internal PPM solution on the basis of its ease of use, availability in the cloud through a reliable hosting service, and the ability to tailor and evolve project templates as our own processes mature.
