This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are excited to grow their expertise in Microsoft’s Power Platform. You don’t need deep experience. We will support you with structured training, mentoring, and hands-on project exposure.

Role Overview
As a Graduate Power Platform Developer, you will:
- Work with the BrightWork 365 Customer Success team to build and configure solutions on top of BrightWork 365.
- Support internal teams and customers in designing user-friendly, efficient, low-code solutions.
- Learn how to turn business requirements into well-designed Power Platform apps, flows, and integrations.
- Gain hands-on experience across the Power Platform and Microsoft 365 ecosystem with strong mentoring and structured development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and build of Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and related components.
- Contribute to solution configuration within BrightWork 365.
- Work with Business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and propose suitable approaches.
- Follow modern software delivery practices (Agile, Scrum, iterative prototyping).
- Take part in the team’s regular Agile meetings (daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives)
- Support the continuous improvement of customer solutions.
Candidate Profile
Essential (Graduate-Level Skills)
We welcome applications from candidates who have:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A strong interest in the Microsoft Power Platform and low/no-code development.
- Exposure (academic, internship, or self-directed) to any of the following:
- Power Apps (Canvas or Model-Driven)
- Power Automate
- Power BI
- SharePoint
- Curiosity, problem‑solving ability, and a willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and comfort working in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of software development concepts or business process thinking.
Nice to Have (Not Required)
These skills are beneficial but not expected from graduates:
- Practical hands-on Power Platform development experience.
- Experience gathering or analysing business requirements.
- Exposure to Agile or Scrum team environments.
- Familiarity with Dataverse, SQL, .NET, or JavaScript.
- Experience in UI/UX concepts, workflows, or prototyping tools.
