Opportunity
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) position at BrightWork offers a great opportunity to advance your sales career and be part of an innovative team dedicated to our cooperative values of mutual care and community impact.
As an SDR, you will work closely with the solutions sales team and sales management to develop targeted outreach strategies and gain exposure to the entire sales cycle. You will follow up on inbound leads and execute targeted campaigns to build a strong pipeline for new customer acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound leads and qualify new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the solution sales and marketing teams to create targeted outbound campaigns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide timely and effective follow-up on all inbound inquiries.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales messaging.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 Years in a Customer-Facing Role: Proven experience in engaging with customers effectively.
- Great Communication Skills: Both verbal and written abilities.
- Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to manage tasks and time efficiently.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Practical Experience: Demonstrating a solid educational foundation.
- CRM Systems Experience: Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics (nice-to-have).
- Highly Coachable: Eager to learn and grow within the role.
