Please speak to your Customer Success Partner if you require assistance upgrading to the latest version of BrightWork 365 and/or would like your CSP to perform the upgrade on your behalf.

If you upgrading from 2025-1 or earlier, to upgrade to the latest version, you’ll need to complete a Graph Client app registration step.
This step delegates the necessary permissions to make the Graph API query on behalf of the logged in user.
The main reason behind this upgrade is to enable tighter security with Documents and Teams Channels, and the Graph Client app registration is required to support this. BrightWork 365 Graph Client App Setup Guide (PDF)

The new release brings significant updates to the following areas: Task & Schedule Management via a New Tasks Grid, Project Improvements via Lessons Learned, Project Tracking Enhancements and Document & File Management.
