Create a Personal Report

Reporter Tools enable you to quickly and easily personalize the Columns; Grouping; Sorting; Filters; and Totals of the displayed report to created a semi-permanent personal report that is only visible to you.

The options available depend on the report type.

Note:

Once you create a personal report, it becomes the default display for your account; however, you can easily switch back to the Shared report by clicking on the report and clicking Shared on the Reporter Tools ribbon.

To create a personal report:

  1. Click in the header of the report to make the Reporter Tools ribbon appear.

  2. Click on an icon to access the options for that section, select the settings you want and click OK.

Note:

When you are editing the settings of a personal report, the dialog header will display in yellow. With Shared Reports, the header will display in blue.
