Navigate to a view page of the BrightWork list in question and click List | List Settings to open the List Settings page.
Click Additional list settings (BrightWork) to open the BrightWork Settings page.
Select the settings you require and click OK.
The BrightWork List Settings and BrightWork Library Settings pages gives you access to list or library settings that are unique to BrightWork such as Referencing and Email notification.

The Project Schedule list has its own settings page. The Project Tasks list in the Project Lite; Project Standard; and Project Structured templates is a not a BrightWork list. It is a standard SharePoint list. |
To access the BrightWork Settings page:
Navigate to a view page of the BrightWork list in question and click List | List Settings to open the List Settings page.
Click Additional list settings (BrightWork) to open the BrightWork Settings page.
Select the settings you require and click OK.
