Report Editor Training Scenarios

To assist you in getting up to speed with using the Report Editor we have created a series of training scenarios that walk you through most of the usage situations you are likely to encounter when using the Report Editor.

Note:

We recommend that you create a separate project area for training purposes and complete the scenarios in this area. In this project area you should create some sites and add some list data. We recommend using the Business Project Manager with Schedule template for the below series of exercises.

We recommend that you require reports to be checked out before they can be edited. This means that any changes you make to a report will not be visible to other users until the report is checked in.

The first three scenarios should be carried out in sequence as they use the same reports and lists. The last two can be carried out by themselves.
