Column Visibility Settings

BrightWork allows you to configure the form (new, edit and read) visibility settings of columns in a list in a BrightWork site collection (including standard SharePoint lists).

Note:

Not all columns on the Project Schedule will be available on this page.

With certain site columns (ones you add yourself or out-of-the-box ones you have edited), column visibility settings are not retained when you create a project or a template from the site with the column visibility settings. This means you must reapply the settings after creating the project or template. Alternatively, you can remove the site column from the list and add it back in as a local column (making sure to use the same internal name displayed on the Column Visibility settings page).

To configure column visibility settings:

  1. Click List | List Settings.
  2. Click Column visibility settings (BrightWork).
  3. Select the desired options.
  4. Click OK.
