Generic Reports

The BrightWork Gallery is where the reports supplied with BrightWork Reporter are stored.

The generic reports available in the BrightWork Server Gallery include:

This report displays all metrics from the BrightWork Project Metrics list.

Displays all items in the BrightWork Projects Tasks list, all work items in the Project Schedule list and all items in the SharePoint Tasks and Project Tasks lists

Announcements

Displays all items in the Announcements list with either:

No expiry date
An expiry date after or equal to today

Documents Assigned To Me

Displays all the documents and BrightWork deliverables stored in Document Libraries assigned to the logged in user.

Note:

This report also allows filtering by Assigned To.

In a non-BrightWork document library, Assignee = Editor.

Documents Owned By Me

Displays all the documents and BrightWork deliverables stored in Document Libraries owned by the logged in user.

Note:

This report also allows filtering by Owner.

In a non-BrightWork document library, Owner = Editor.

Metrics Active

This report displays active metrics from the BrightWork Project Metrics list.

Metrics Active and Show Indicators

This report displays active metrics that are also showing an indicator icon from the BrightWork Project Metrics list.

My Documents

Displays all the documents and BrightWork deliverables stored in Document Libraries assigned to or owned by the logged in user.

Note:

This report also allows filtering by Username.

In a non-BrightWork document library, Assignee = Editor and Owner = Author.

My Open Work Due Soon

Displays the logged in user's work items due in 7 days.

Note:

This report also allows filtering by:

Username
Date due

My Overdue Work (Legacy)

Displays the logged in user's work items with a Date Due of less than Today.

Note:

This report also allows filtering by Username.

My Project Detail (Gantt)

Displays items from certain lists in a Gantt type report. The information displayed includes:

Title
Unique Reference
Start Date
End Date or Date Due
% Complete

The lists reported on include:

Projects Statement
Where the logged in user is the owner in the Project Statement
Project Milestones
Where the logged in user is the item owner
Project Phase
Where the logged in user is the item owner
Project Deliverable
Where the logged in user is the item owner or assignee
Project Tasks
Where the logged in user is the item owner or assignee

My Tasks

Displays all items owned by or assigned to the logged in user, in the BrightWork Projects Tasks list, all work items in the Project Schedule list, and all items in the SharePoint Tasks and Project Tasks lists.

This report also allows filtering by Username.

My Work

Displays all the open work items owned by or assigned to the logged in user.

This report also allows filtering by Username.

Open Work (Legacy)

Displays all open work items.

Open Work Due Soon

Displays the open work items due in 7 days.

Project Schedule Tasks Resource Usage

This is a Resource Usage report designed to support the Project Schedule.

Displays information from the Project Statement (or the Project Schedule Summary Item, if it exists) and Projects Tracker lists.

Project Summary (Gantt)

Displays information, in a Gantt style view, from the Project Statement (or the Project Schedule Summary Item, if it exists) and Projects Tracker lists.
