Adjust Project Recalculate Timer Job Schedule

Once activated, the Project Schedule Recalculate can be set to run at specific intervals. The default setting for this is daily between 01:00:00 and 02:00:00. You can adjust this via Central Administration.

Note:

This task requires administrator access to the server and some knowledge administering SharePoint.

This setting must be adjusted on a web application by web application basis.

To adjust Project Recalculate Timer Job schedule:

  1. Login into Central Administration and click Monitoring on the Quick Launch.
  2. Click Review job definitions.
  3. Click BrightWork Project Schedule Recalculation Timer job for the appropriate web application.
  4. Make your adjustments and click OK.
