Template Reports

The reports included with the Project Management Templates are described below. These reports are stored in the BrightWork Server Gallery.

Unless otherwise stated, all items returned are assumed to be 'open'. An open item is defined as an item that has not had its Completed flag triggered.

Most List of Lists have been removed from the core Templates with the exception of the Report - Project Status Reports Lists which still exists in the Project Standard and Project Structured templates.

The Reports in the BrightWork Server Gallery are arranged with the Most Used Reports on top. Other reports used in the Template are included in the All Other Reports section and are preceded by 'Templates' to make them easier to identify.

My Overdue Work	Displays all open work items owned by or assigned to the logged in user with a Date Due of less than today. Also includes the ability to select another User. All Risks	This report displays all risk items from the BrightWork Risks list, sorted by ‘Exposure’, ‘Rank’, ‘Priority’ and ‘Status Indicator’.

Template Project Schedule - Phase & External Deliverables	This report displays any Project Schedule list with the word 'Phase' in the Content Type.
Template Project Schedule - Phases	Displays the current status of the various phases in the project. Template Projects - Projects ID & Tasks	Displays all Tasks from BrightWork Project Task lists and all Tasks from BrightWork Project Schedule lists. These are concatenated with the Project Statement ID plus other project level fields. This report is an example of a Project Statement join.
Templates Projects - In Trouble	Lists projects where: The Status Indicator in the Project Statement has a value of (2) In Danger or (3) Late Or The Status Indicator in the Project Schedule list has a value of (2) In Danger or (3) Late Or A Project Schedule list exists but it has no work items in it.
Templates Projects - Like	Searches for Projects that contain the entered term in the Project Type column on the Project Statement and where the Project Statement has been modified in the last year. Also allows the selection of a different Modified Since date.
Templates Projects - Not Modified Recently	Returns projects where the Project Statement; Projects Tracker item; or the Project Schedule have not been modified in the last 7 days. Also allows the selection of another Not Modified Since date.
Templates Projects - Project Statements	Displays information from Project Statement lists.

Template Projects Tracker - All Issues	Displays any item for an Issues list or that has had its Issue Indicator enabled.
Template Resourcing - Resource Allocation By Assignee (Gantt)	Gantt style report that displays certain work items assigned to the logged in user with a Start Date of Today or greater (i.e. in the future). Also includes the ability to select another User and/or Start Date. Template Resourcing - Resource Allocation By Owner Role (Gantt)	Gantt style report that displays certain work items with a Start Date of Today or greater (i.e. in the future) assigned to the selected Owner Role. Also includes the ability to select another Start Date. Templates Risks - Top 5 Open Risks	Displays the top 5 open Risks (sorted by Exposure, Rank, Priority and Status Indicator) in the BrightWork Risks list.
Templates Tasks - Top 5 Open Tasks	Displays the top 5 open Tasks, sorted by Priority, Status Indicator, Date Due and Schedule Finish Date (for Project Schedule task items) in the BrightWork Project Tasks, BrightWork Project Schedule (Task) and SharePoint Project Tasks lists.
Templates Work - Closed Recently	Displays all work items closed in the last 7 days. Also includes the ability to select another Date.
