Edit Report Descriptions

Report descriptions appear in the report footer. The give a basic description of the report, including what List of Lists (if any) the report uses.

Note:

Changes to the report description are written to the report definition XML file and will affect all instances using that report definition.

As well as being able to edit the content of the description, you can edit the manner in which the report descriptions display, on a case by case basis. The options include: None; Collapsed; and Expanded.

To edit a report description:

  1. Click Home | All Site Content | BrightWork Reporter Library.

  2. Select Edit Properties from the menu of the report you want to edit.

  3. Edit the contents of the Description field.

  4. Click OK.
