Over the past 20+ years customers have requested varied forms of help from our Customer Success team. We have developed the following deployment programs to cater for these deployment requests.

Mature your Project and Portfolio Management processes with additional BrightWork capabilities. The Evolve Program is for BrightWork customers who have mastered their current processes and want to expand their PPM process and BrightWork solution to gain a better understanding and make better decisions about their Projects and Portfolios.

Let us train and coach your team on collaborative project management and/or the configuration of BrightWork. Sometimes team members, or users, can struggle with change and getting to grips with both the concept of collaborative project management and/or the BrightWork functionality. With training and coaching, customized to your organizational and role needs, your BrightWork users can overcome these difficulties.
*If you are a BrightWork Partner, successful completion of this package will designate you as a Certified Deployment Partner for BrightWork.
Upgrade your installation of BrightWork and/or SharePoint (2010 – 2019) and update your processes based on the new versions. With this program a BrightWork Customer Success Architect will work with you so you can understand, plan and make the upgrade of both your BrightWork and SharePoint installation. They will also be there to assist post upgrade to ensure a smooth transition.
