    Hello
Just uploaded the templates. Thank you so much. Brand new user.

So if I start using this to manage my projects, is every project a Subsite? I would create a new one per the instructions for each project? Or do you build multiple projects on the subsite?

If so, is there a way to have a dashboard that shows status of all projects?

    Thanks
    Joe

    Hi Joe,

Thanks for reaching out. We’re glad that you’re enjoying the free templates! I’d be happy to answer your questions. Regarding project creation, yes, you are correct. A new sub site would need to be created if you are going to be building out multiple projects. Regarding your question about dashboard reporting, I encourage you to give the full version of BrightWork a try. It’s completely free for 30 days. It includes the capability of having what we call Project Offices where you can have multiple project sites rolled up under it (eliminating the need to create sub sites for each new project) along with some pretty awesome reporting capabilities. You can even have multiple Project Offices if you have different teams.

I hope this is helpful. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.

    Thanks,
    Michael

We’re gonna start testing the free templates. As far as the full one, let’s assume we like it. What is cost to get it or keep it? And do end users need to get some kind of license, too, or just the project manager using it?

Not going to try the full version until we test out the free ones, but may as well ask the cost questions now.
