    Hi Mohammed,

Can click Site Settings -> Manage site features.

See if the features mentioned are activated.

You can also use Powershell to activate features

Use Enable-SPFeatue with the feature name or GUID to activate

It’s the three-state workflow feature you need to activate at the site collection level.

I am also getting a similar error: “IssueTrackingWorkflow Feature – Site Collection – fde5d850-671e-4143-950a-87b473922dc7 – Not Activated.
In the Solutions Gallery it shows that the template is Activated. However when I create the Sub_Site is gives me that error. I am able to ignore it but was warned that certain features may not work. I’ve checked the Manage Site Features and did not see that feature mentioned in the list. Can someone please advise, thanks.

    Hi Karim,

Michael from BrightWork Support here. I concur with Ron. It is the Three State Workflow feature. A member with site collection admin rights will need to activate this for you.

More info on this can be found on this external Microsoft TechNet write-up.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks,
    Michael

I currently do have site administrator rights but the Three State Workflow feature is not listed. I attempted to follow Ron’s suggestion but was unable to. How to I get that feature in the list?
