I can install and activate the basic template but when I install and try to activate the structured one I get this error:

Error: Cannot find this file specified in the manifest file: Free BrightWork Project Structured Template for SharePointModules\Files\Workflows\Create Issue from a Task\Create Issue from a Task.xoml.wfconfig.xml

    Correlation ID: faee049e-8b5c-7049-cbab-8f8eeeb08eae

Date and Time: 7/13/2017 12:23:06 PM

I’ve deleted and readded the template multiple times and redownloaded it repeatedly with the same results every time. What can we do to resolve this? I’m currently the closest thing to a SharePoint Admin that we have.

    Thanks
    Joe

    Hi Joe,

Could you send us over a copy of the ULS log using the Merge-SPLogFile cmdlet pertaining to the correlation ID and time stamp?
    https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff607721.aspx

We could have a look an potentially point you in the right direction as to what is going on.

    Thanks,
    Michael

Actually, we only have 1 server in this farm. Where is this UL log file located?

    Thanks
    Joe

Actually I think I got it using a third party app (sharepoint logviewer)

    Hi Joe,

I had a chance to look at the logs. Thanks for sending it over. It may very well be an issue with the manifest file itself. Here is a link to a StackExchange blog post for SharePoint that might help you correct this issue:
    https://sharepoint.stackexchange.com/questions/98269/error-occured-in-the-deployment-step-add-solution-error-cannot-find-this-file

Can you please have a look at the above and give a try and let us know how it works out?

    Thanks,
    Michael
