    Hi Peg,

Can you tell us what is being done when you receive this error?

    Thanks,

I was at the last step … adding the template to the site.

… last step to which I select the Free Project template … and a new Project Site should be created ?

NOTE: Both ~free~ templates have been activated on this Site through Gallery Solutions and the Three-State Workflow is also activated

    Hi Peg,

It’s possible that something may have occurred during initial deployment. I recommend re-deploying the solution if possible.

Please give that a try and let us know if it corrects. We could potentially hop on a really quick call/screen share to have a look if it isn’t corrected.

    Thanks,
    Michael

Redeploy as in “deactivate” or “deactivate…delete…re-upload”

    Hi Peg,

I’d go as far as deactivating, deleting, re-upload and re-activate. To be on the safe side, I’d also try downloading the ZIP file again, as well to ensure that something didn’t occur during that process.

Let us know how it works out. Here to help.

    Thanks,
    Michael

    Tried:
    1) deactivate … reactivate
    2) deactivate … delete solution … re-upload … reactivate
    3) deactivate … delete solution … delete WSPs … downloaded templates again … re-upload … reactivate

get same error on all three attempts … 🙁

    Hi Peg,

Would it be possible to have your SharePoint administrator enable verbose logging on the SharePoint server, have you reproduce the issue and send us a copy of the ULS logs that are associated with the correlation ID and time stamp when you get the error message using the Merge-SPLogFile cmdlet? You can email it to us directly at support@brightwork.com.

I’d really like to take a look at the logs.

    Many thanks,
    Michael

    Hi Michael,

I just sent the 34 mg log to you directly. Let me know if I need to ZIP and resend?

    Best Regards,
    Peggy
