Gantt Charts: The single list Project Schedule Gantt displays all the items from a single list in a structured hierarchical Gantt.

Gantt Charts:Team members also have a My Gantt report that allows them to visualize the dependencies between their assigned work items in a project.

Gantt Charts: Program managers and senior management have a high-level Project Gantt that gives a snapshot of multiple projects.

Gantt Charts: The Resourcing by Assignee gantt gives project and program managers greater viability into how the work of individual team members stacks up.

Project Status: The project-level Weekly Status Report gives you a detailed snapshot of the health of the project.

Project Status: More general, less detailed views of a single project's status are also available.

Resource Tracking: The project-level Resource Report helps you to identify which team members are over-allocated and which ones have the cycles to carry more of the load.

Gantt Charts

Gantt Charts allow you to see a visual representation of how the single projects, many multiple projects and project work items from a date and dependency point of view (if dependency exists). pmPoint includes Gantt charts for lists, single projects and multiple projects.

On one level, work and projects are really just collections of related work items trending towards a common goal. Managing those work items is probably the core of what work and project management is all about. pmPoint ensures that you have the oversight to do this and bring your work and projects to a successful conclusion.

Issue Tracking

In real life issues occur and some but not all of these issues need to be tracked and managed to closure.  Work and Projects are often complex beasts with many work items and things to track and manage. This can result in a volume of data that is just too much and doesn't allow you to see the wood for the trees. pmPoint includes a set of Issue Tracking reports that enable you to just focus on just the issues that are affecting or threatening the success of the work and/or project (often called management by exception).
