BrightWork has developed a simple but structured 5-stage methodology to accelerate the successful deployment of our solution. This approach also ensures our customers are self-sufficient in the use and maintenance of the BrightWork software after the initial deployment.
The BrightWork Customer Success team and our regional partners are happy to provide deployment assistance tailored to your particular needs and circumstances. This assistance can be as little as a few hours to help you get BrightWork installed, or it can be a much larger project to help you roll out project management across the entire enterprise.
The BrightWork software comes with a comprehensive reference help. BrightWork also includes training guides for Team Members, Project Managers, Program/Senior Managers and BrightWork administrators.
This training can be taken in your own environment or our hosted environment and with or without the assistance of a BrightWork consultant.
