Problem
BrightWork pmPoint is excellent for managing single projects; however most of our customers have any number of simultaneous ongoing projects. They need a way to get a snap-shot of how all these projects are doing from a single location.
Solution
BrightWork pmPoint's Project Office is a multiple template that offers a semi-structured level of process so that senior project managers and other management can oversee all projects from a single location.
This template is designed for projects where the teams want to roll-up selected items from multiple projects. This template has a set of default reports that can be used or customized under the following five headings: Projects, My Work, Work, Issues and Resource Management.
If you need more process, for example the ability to manage projects about projects, then perhaps the Program Management Office is the template to use.
