Software License
- A license may be deployed on any number of servers. From experience we see customers deploying more rather than less SharePoint servers, especially with SharePoint 2007. The first extra server after the production server tends to be a development server. SharePoint administrators eventually tend to then add multiple virtual servers on the front end to improve SharePoint performance. Other servers that get added in time include test servers, staging servers, backup servers, etc.. Our pricing policy is value based - so that you always know that a Workgroup of 100 users costs the same, no matter how many servers your SharePoint team adds to the environment.
- Group, Team, Workgroup, Departmental, and Divisional License Packs are fully licensed for the number of users accessing the software listed in the "Pack Size" table above from these organizational units, e.g. a Departmental License Pack licenses a maximum of 250 users on as many servers as is needed.
- Organizations may upgrade to higher tier license packs over time as needed to cover an increased user population by just paying the difference between the costs of the license packs.
- In all cases, users outside the corporation / legal entity have free read access.
Support / Upgrades
- Support / Upgrades includes support, maintenance and access to all core product and template upgrades for 1 year.

Deployment Services
- At BrightWork, customer success is our main priority and we realize that one deployment approach will not fit all customers. To this end we deliver three different but complimentary deployment services: Go It Alone, Project Office and Organization Wide. Each approach ensures that your users are self-sufficient in the use and maintenance of the pmPoint software after the initial start-up.
- The level of deployment services each customer requires depends on the configuration purchased and the current and emerging business needs. Typically, pmPoint is up and running in a matter of hours, days or weeks, as opposed to months. More details are available on the deployment approach and on the deployment packages pages.
