AmSurg, America's single specialty surgery center was founded in 1992. Amsurg develops, acquires, owns and operates single specialty Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) in partnership with physician practice groups across the country. While their physician partners concentrate on providing quality patient care, AmSurg oversees the clinical services, business office, marketing, financial reporting, accreditation and administrative operations of the surgery centers. AmSurg were looking for a project management tool that would best suit their Project Management needs and requirements across all of these areas.
AmSurg needed a complete dashboard for Corporate and Enterprise strategies and after thorough evaluation they decided that pmPoint was the project management solution that fitted their needs the best. AmSurg utilizes various templates to manage all of their projects and have customized them to track Key Performance Indicators on each project. They created custom Performance Management and Executive Dashboards to compliment out of-the-box reporting and are currently piloting with the goal to gather more KPI requirements for the Go Live Date.
