Problem
Ensign did not have a clearly defined standard project management methodology that everyone could follow. Project information and documents were randomly distributed in various locations on the Ensign network and on local PC hard-drives. Some resources were being over-allocated with work and there was no easy way to track and identify this.
Solution
BrightWork tailored the BrightWork templates to fit Ensign's needs. Firstly, a central location for all projects was created. A project template was designed and agreed upon that allowed Ensign to have one standard project management methodology. The resource management module in BrightWork meant that program managers could quickly and easily identify when resources were over-allocated.
