Problem
Children’s Boston wanted a system to get a “snapshot” of PMO project status that: integrated with SharePoint, was intuitively obvious, could be updated in less than 5 minutes, enabled roll-up reporting, graphical charting, and required no programming.
Solution
Using a combination of Microsoft SharePoint together with BrightWork, Children's Hospital Boston successfully developed and deployed an Information Systems Project Tracking system that is used to track and monitor all IT projects. With this system, anybody in the organization with a web browser can quickly and easily access this intuitive system to review the portfolio of projects and see the status of each project.
