Partner Sales Manager
BrightWork is looking for an experienced Partner Sales Manager to drive growth and promote the BrightWork product and organization through and with our partners.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist BrightWork partners to engage with clients to understand their business needs and work to map these needs onto BrightWork solutions using a structured sales process
- Evangelize BrightWork as a solution for work, project and portfolio management on SharePoint through our partner channel
- Sell with and for partners: take warm leads from BrightWork partners and work with these clients to closure with and for the BrightWork partners
- Be a sales resource to help sell with our key Microsoft contacts
Candidate Profile
Some or all of the following attributes:
- Prior product / solution sales experience with a successful track record
- Successful experience selling directly and successful experience selling with and for partners
- A working knowledge of the Microsoft partner channel and field organization
- Be comfortable and experienced working to a structured selling process
- Experience in selling collaborative solutions and ideally project management solutions
- Knowledge of SharePoint as a collaborative solutions platform
- Understanding of project management as a discipline
- Great presentation skills and awesome interpersonal skills
- A self-starter with a high work ethic
Location
- This position is based in the New York City metro area, but exceptions will be considered for the right candidate.
- Most of the sales work is done using phone and web meetings with about 3 to 6 days of travel some months with key customers and partners

Marketing Manager
BrightWork are looking for an experienced and dedicated professional to work with the CEO and manage the marketing team to oversee marketing and especially to drive the online aspects of the company marketing plan.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with real experience in product and inbound marketing.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for executing the existing marketing strategy and craft an adjusted strategy in time
- Responsible for all digital marketing throughout the company, including; creation and implementation of the online marketing plan; email marketing; search engine optimization; monthly newsletters; running webinars; blog; forum; managing web site content; driving web traffic; developing all social media channels; and database management and growth
- Develop and maintain a vibrant online community
- Identify and develop emerging and low-cost digital marketing toolsets
- Monitor industry research, market trends, and evolving platforms and technologies related to inbound marketing
- Compile weekly and monthly reports and recommendations on online activities
- Review commercial environment identifying new opportunities for product marketing and promotion as well as online community growth
Candidate Profile
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in an online commercial environment
- Product marketing experience
- Excellent planning and organizational skills and proven ability for taking responsibility for delivery of online services as well as a passion for excellent customer/user experience
- Excellent market understanding and online vision, backed up by research, analytical, technical and marketing skills
- Candidate must be a real internet enthusiast, with a good understanding of current and future online services, and internet economics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential
